The cooked bacon was the only outlier. Unlike the other data, the methane gas concentration of the container of the cooked bacon decreased. We can assume that there is a possibility that the dry environment of the cooked bacon was insufficient for the bacteria to exist and emit methane gas. Today, we had an issue with the port and the sensor: port reading issue solved, sensor reading issue solved but taking more time in reading the correct data. We are considering changing the sensor to a spare sensor which is new.
